Domobran Hospital Banja Luka
Existed 1941 to 1944. The hospital medical company that ran it had a strength of 13 officers (mostly doctors), 3 NCOs and 184 men in January 1943, but this number had decreased to a total of 139 by Sep 44.

Military Sanitarium Lipik
Formed in August 1941. No additional information has been found.

Domobran Hospital Mostar
Formed in July – August 1941 and existed through 1944 in one capacity or another.

Domobran Hospital Osijek
Formed in July – August 1941 and existed to early 1945 in one capacity or another.

Domobran Garrison Hospital Otočac
Formed in August 1941 and still there in Jun 42. No additional information has been found.

Domobran Hospital Sarajevo
Formed in July – August 1941 and existed to the end of March 1945.

Military Convalescence Center Skrad
Formed in August 1941. No additional information has been found.

Military Sanitarium Topusko
Formed in August 1941. How long this continued to exist is not known, but Topusko was in a very dangerous, Partisan-infested area from 1942 on and by 1944 the town was in Partisan hands.

Domobran Garrison Hospital Varaždin
Formed in August 1941. No additional information has been found, but it is believed that this hospital existed to April 1945.

Domobran General Hospital Zagreb
Existed throughout the war as the principal military hospital where the more serious cases were treated and/or where a longer period of convalescence was required.
