Formed in Kiel on 01 Aug 1944. Its tasks were planning, purchasing, storing, and expenditure of all service parts and equipment for the sea forces. It was technically subordinate to the OKM/K-Amt and militarily subordinate to the Marineoberkommando Ostsee. After the surrender it was passed to the control of the Royal Navy until 01 December 1947.
