Formed in February 1944 and subordinate to the 8. Sicherungsdivision of the B.S.N.. The Flottille was based at Esbjerg until 15 Aug 1944 when it was moved to Lervik. It had been split between two Halbflottille, one at Esbjerg and one at Lemvig (both remaining subordinate the Flottillenchef). In February 1945 it was moved to the Baltic Sea at Swinemünde and employed by the 10. Sicherungsdivision.
