Formed in Bruges on 01 May 1942 and on 01 August 1942 was moved to Boulogne-Wimereux. In the spring of 1943 the Flotilla was transferred over French waters to Marseille and from 19 Jun 1943 was subordinate to Deutsches Marinekommando Italien. It was employed in the Aegean and in the area of Corfu. With the evacuation of Greece by German Forces the remaining boats of the Flotilla were blown up by theirs crews at Salonika. Their crews returned to Germany and created a Kampfgruppe. The Flotilla was dissolved in February 1945.
