Formed in February 1942 in Cuxhaven then transferred to the channel for employment at Le Havre/Fécamp. The Flotilla was severely depleted at the Allied invasion of France and in August 1944 the remaining boats were destroyed and the Flotilla was dissolved. A new formation was planned but never carried out.
