Formed on 15 October 1940 and employed off the Dutch & Belgian coasts. In 1941 the Flotilla was moved to northern Norway and based at Tromsø.

After the war the Flotilla was employed in mine clearing duties in Norway, then from 1946 in Denmark. On 28 November 1946 the boats were transferred to the Danish Navy.
