Formed on 04 Jul 1940 and from then until the end of 1944 was employed in Security duties off the Dutch, Belgian & Channel coasts, with the HQ at Le Havre. From 1945 the Flotilla moved to Danish Waters at Nykøbing for security duties at Kattegat. It dissolved after the wars end.
