Formed in December 1943 from KS-Boote in Surendorf near Eckernförde. After training it was sent to Italy in May 1944, located in Lignano between Triest & Venedig. The Flotilla was not employed and instead, used to train Croatian crews in Lignano. In October 1944 the boats were transferred to the Croatian Navy at Fiume and the Flotilla was dissolved.
