The Kleiner Wehrmachtfahschein, Teil 1 u. 2 (“Small Military Travel Pass, Part 1 & 2”) was issued as a travel ticket for use on the Ostbahn or Reichbahn. Part one was for outbound trips and part two for the return trip.
The diagonal stripe distinguished the pass as free of charge while the non stripe version was at the soldiers expense.
