This (“Service Book Identity Card”) acted as a service book and identification for Luftschutz members (no photo was included). It was equivalent to a Soldbuch. It was issued to the various parts of the Luftschutz: spotters, air wardens, factory defense and auxiliary police.

Notice how shoddy the cover was printed and trimmed. Just shows how the quality control declined as the war progressed.
