19 to 25 Jul.1944..... Along with 81.Infanterie-Division, 132.Infanterie-Division and s.Pz.Bn.502 the men of Stu.Gesch.Bde.393 battled to defend the city of Duenaburg, which was finally abandoned on 26 Jul.1944.

UNIT HISTORY:
Jan.1945..... Stu.Gesch.Bde.322 was smashed in the area of Kielce-Lysa-Gora. The remnants of the Brigade were returned to Burg (bei Magdeburg) Truppenübungsplatz, Wehrkreis XI. By order of the Sturmgeschützschule they were to be sent to be assembled at Luehe as a StuG.Batterie.
10 Mar.1945..... The new Batterie was moved to Lostau, 10km west of Burg.
31 Mar.1945..... Batterie now moved to the “Old Barracks” at Burg.
1 Apr.1945..... Batterie moved into the “New Barracks” at Burg and were told, at this time, that they were to become the 15th Kompanie (Panzer-Zerstoerer) of a newly forming Infanterie-Regiment.
3 Apr.1945..... The unit was now ordered to form the cadre for a newly forming Sturmgeschütz-Brigade 1170 and would become its 1.Bttr./Stu.Gesch.Abt.1170.
