Dates: 28 – 30 November 1944. (1)

Objective: To clear Partisans from the Zaistovec – Preseka area to the west of Križevci that were threatening the main highway between Zagreb and Varaždin.

Enemy Forces: 32nd Division of NOVJ plus several quasi-independent detachments.

Conduct of Operations and Results
: Attacking in a strength of 2,283 men, the Croatians swept the area, but after offering limited rear guard resistance in the villages of Poljancec, Lipnica and Hudovo, the Partisans succeeded in evading them and withdrew from the area at night.

Partisans: 154 killed and 24 captured.
