Conduct of Operations and Results: The operation was cancelled on 3 February by 2. Panzerarmee and never carried out. A new operation, “Kaub”, was planned for the same area and scheduled to begin on 12 February. The code name “Cannae” was later used for another operation that began on 17 March.
