Dates: 26 – 27 July 1943. (1)

Objective: To destroy Partisans concentrated in the Kravarsko – Gornji Dragonožec area in the mountains approximately 35 kilometers south of Zagreb between the Zagreb – Sisak railway line and the Kupa River.

Conduct of Operations and Results
: No contact was made with the enemy and the operation was quickly terminated. After gathering better intelligence on the location and movement of enemy forces, the operation was reinstated as “Grün II” and commenced on 5 August.
