Objective: To destroy Partisans concentrated in the western Kozara Mountains within the rectangle Bos. Dubica – Bos. Kostajnica – Bos. Novi – Prijedor.

Conduct of Operations and Results: As was so often the case, the Partisans managed to avoid contact with the numerically superior Axis forces until the discouraged Germans and Croatians finally ended the operation. According to the postwar accounts, there were very few casualties on either side.
