Objective: To destroy Partisan concentrations in the Doboj – Teslić area in East Bosnia.

Conduct of Operations and Results: A very small, local operation that met with success but was too insignificant to make it into the postwar Yugoslav accounts.

Losses (according to Croatian II Corps)
Croatians: 3 killed and 11 wounded.
Partisans: 32 counted dead plus an estimated 29 more, 28 wounded, 96 captured.
Booty: 1 heavy mortar, a few rifles and a field radio.
