Dates: 3 – 22 June 1942. (1)

Objective: To clear the area east of Zenica and south of Zavidovići and destroy the Partisan bands reportedly located there.

Conduct of Operations and Results: Most of what little fighting there was developed between 15 and 22 June around Vlasenica/83 km east of Zenica. The Partisans were able to withdraw to the southwest and avoid being trapped and annihilated. The operation was considered unsuccessful.
