The Spanische-Freiwilligen-Kompanie der SS 102 is believed to have been formed in the spring of 1945 from former soldiers of 250. Infanterie-Division (División Azul)).
The fate of this units is unclear, but it may have fought in the battle of Berlin with Spanische-Freiwilligen-Kompanie der SS 101.
Some sources suggest that this unit was not part of the Waffen-SS but instead a part of the Heer as Freiwilligen-Kompanie (Spanische) 102.
